Bratislava's NIVY Tower with a total height of 125m is an office tower with a restaurant and terrace on 29.np which forms the south-east corner of the large multifunctional building NIVY Mall.

The basic architectural concept of the two visually distinct parts of the Nivy Tower is described as a silver-blue sea separated by steep sculptural diagonals from the receding land mass of grey-green tones. The visual differentiation of the identically rasterised surfaces is due not only to the accentuation of verticality and horizontality in the moulding of the semi-structural element façade, but especially to the different external reflectivity and colour of the insulating glazing. In designing two visually different combinations of insulating glazing coatings with the requirement for virtually identical technical parameters, SGG glassworks used a unique in its time sw technology of photorealistic rendering of the glass visuals on the 3D BIM model of the building.

The design of the Niva Tower was developed by the British firm Benoy Architects in cooperation with the Slovak studio Siebert + Talaš, within whose team we prepared the tender documentation for the cladding and subsequently participated in the selection of the contractor and supervision of the implementation of the cladding as the investor's facade consultant.
